The Philippine Horticultural Society held “Horticulture 2008″ from January 26, 2008 to February 4, 2008 at the Manila Seedling Bank Foundation.
This year’s theme was “Tropical Convergence: Native Flora and Foreign Introductions”.
The exhibits showcased the best of Philippine flora and introduced species.
PHSI President Wendy Regalado, overall chairperson PJ Nepomuceno, and co-chairperson Dory Bernabe led the opening ceremonies held in the afternoon of January 25, 2008, with Ms. Imelda Marcos and Mr. Chito Bertol as guests of honor.
